"Been a customer for more than 7 years and it all started out great. The girl at the time gave me a huge discount as a 21 year old first time driver insurance and it was better than anywhere else. I also had roadside assistance which they had revoked that same year from me and said it would be years before I could apply for it again. I’m 28 and they still say I am ineligible. Mind you my few times I used it were locking my keys out of the car. Never heard of an insurance not allowing you to get roadside coverage again. Nowadays, customer service is awful at this office. As others have stated, they always text you back or contact you back late and it’s always with attitude as if you’re annoying them and couldn’t be bothered. And they always mention I could just switch insurance then and it’s like they don’t want you as a customer at all. Please fire your office workers as your staff should not be rude and have attitude."

"I’ve been a customer with State Farm for over 12 years, 5 years ago I moved to Vegas from Illinois so I had to switch agents and decided to stay with State Farm. My previous agent, Lill and Jay felt like family and every time I call Adam Robertson’s office I feel like I’m bothering them, it’s never pleasant! "Would give negative stars if I could! First State Farm randomly increases your bill without any notice or discussion. My bill increased every single month until I canceled. I put in a cancellation request and then a month later received a bill for one of my four policies. I emailed them and they told me it’s canceled and to ignore it. However my account shows an autopay scheduled to pay $200. I called because I need the payment to be canceled if my policy is supposedly canceled (it’s not). She lied to my face. I got confirmation that she never canceled my policy and she only requested cancellation when I reached out yesterday. Almost a month late. Mariana was EXTREMELY rude on the phone and gave me a lot of attitude and kept saying “as I said in my email”. That wasn’t the issue. The issue is the payment is showing as active and I need it removed but she can’t pull her head out long enough to provide good customer service to help me. Had to use the online chat to get my payment canceled. She also claimed to be a supervisor and she’s just an Agents executive assistant. So she lied to me about multiple things. Now I got a renewal notice and a thousand dollar bill. The policy was never canceled. She’s a rude liar."

"I've been a loyal customer of State Farm for nearly a decade, but my recent experiences with the office manager have left me deeply disappointed and discouraged. Throughout my interactions with the manager Maudi, I've consistently encountered patronizing and insincere behavior.Despite being a long-term customer, obtaining basic information about my policy has become an arduous task. Maudi consistently refuses to provide the necessary assistance, often redirecting me to the impersonal 800 number or an agent who is never available. This lack of consistent and reliable support is unacceptable.After enduring multiple frustrating interactions, I've made the decision to move my insurance to another office. It's disheartening to have such a negative experience with a company I've trusted for so long. I sincerely hope State Farm takes steps to improve the level of customer service provided at this office to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment."
